With a property of this age, problems do occur from time to time. Connaught Mews being a
grade II listed building does sometimes require maintenance. We aim to ensure that problems are
dealt as quickly as possible before they get out of hand. Please let us know as soon
as possible if you find a problem.

Lantern House Door 11/1/2007 |
Following complaints of either the door not closing or the door banging it was
finally deciced to remove the front door closer from Lantern House. This brings Lantern House
in line with Artillery House which also does not use door closers.
As a result of this, we are now able to fit a brush for under the door which is
hoped to further reduce the problem of mice entering the property. This was recommended to
us as part of the recent survey.

Gate Code 20/2/2007 |
It has been brought to our attention that the main security gate had a "default" code to open it of *1111.
Due to an increasing number of complaints about wide spread use of this code by non residents, and concerns about
declining security, this code has now been removed.
The gate can be opened as normal either by using your remote or by dialling it.
Extra remote controls are still available for purchase via the website.
We are currently trying to arrange alternatives for the Post Office to access the site.
